How do I choose the delivery address?
You will be asked for a delivery address when you place your order. This doesn't need to be the same as your registered address.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders to destinations on the Iberian Peninsula are delivered between 48 and 72 hours. Orders delivered outside Spain and Portugal are delivered within 7 days.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges to addresses on the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands are between €9 and €30.
RETURNS
I want to return an item. What do I need to do?
The package you receive with your order will contain address labels and shipping information. Return the items in their original packaging.

How long do I have to return the items?
You have 30 days to return the items.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your items and have checked that they are in perfect conditions and have not been used, we will refund the price of them. Delivery costs are not refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
EXCHANGES
I want to exchange an item. What do I need to do?
Follow the same steps of the return procedure. Please indicate your order number, your full name and the size required.
We only exchange sizes. If the size you require is not in stock, please refer to the return procedure.

How long do I have to exchange my items?
You have 30 days calculated from the date on which your items were received to request an exchange.
Can I exchange my items in an E&P store?
No. Items purchased online can only be exchanged through the Etxart & Panno online store.

Remember that the colours of garments you receive may differ slightly from those displayed on your computer monitor.
